Refund policy

UK Consumer Rights
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item, without giving any reason. This applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Start a Return

 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
